All ambulance lights are red: 2 rotating siren-lights, 5 identical bulbs on middle wings, horizontal stailizer, and on top.
In CGI flight, starboard light is green, matching modern air/watercraft convention.
Wing lights appear to have small tubes to cover electrical wires running from the body to the light fixture.

Stretcher racks appear to be made out of rectangular steel tubing, but I'm guessing the rails are wood, judging by the paint worn off the corners.
